Famous Russian and World coach Nikolai Morozov, most likely will work in Latvia. According to the Latvian media, recently, the celebrated coach visited the city of Daugavpils, in which local authorities and foreign investors planning to build a world level base of the figure skating. It is reported that Morozov will begin his work in the coming days. He also said that in his opinion, this city has all the conditions for the excellent work.
